Norine Cruse represented AMSRO (now ADIA) on the Global TC 225 Committee responsible for developing the new ISO 20252:2019 Standard that establishes the terms, definitions and service requirements for service providers conducting market, opinion, and social research, including insights.
Norine co-developed ADIA's Information and Data Security Compliance System (phase one of the ISO 27000 standard for the market research, data, and insights industry). She is certified to ISO 27000 Standard which specialises in Information Security Management. She is an ISO 27001 Standard Certified Auditor.
